Contractor's License
Return the completed Contractor’s License Application,
$25.00 annual fee and proof of liability insurance (must name
the Village of Mt. Zion as additional insured) to the Administrative
Office at 400 W. Main Street. Questions can be directed to the
Administrative Staff at 864-5424.
