A new commercial and residential subdivision located on Rt. 121. S. A. Lewis is the developer of a 24.74 acre 64 lot subdivision called Mt. Zion Village East. This is the long awaited commercial and residential use development within the TIF district on the east side of Rt. 121. The new convention center and Village Hall is now open and events have been planned for this upcomeing year.
Phase One of this development now complete. Anew mall that includes two new restaurants have now opened, Secret Recipies, and Coz's Restaurant. Also in residense and open is Paulson Dentristry.
