Henderson Phase 2
Henderson phase 2 is now complete and was funded in part with grants from DECO. This street was once narrow and buses and other school traffic often found it difficult to make the turns neccessary without driving on the soft sholders. This improvment includes 3 lanes concrete curb and gutter and should improve the saftety of traffic flow in and around the schools.
