Mt. Zion Village East
Work will begin soon on a new commercial and residential subdivision located on Rt. 121.
Steve Lewis is the developer of a 24.74 acre 64 lot subdivision called Mt. Zion Village East. This is the long awaited commercial and residential use development within the TIF district on the east side of Rt. 121.
Phase One of this development includes 5 lots or approximately 14.25 acres and construction of the main entry road East Village Parkway and the north section of Mt. Zion Parkway leading to the proposed location of Heritage's senior living on Lot 4. Lots 1, 2, and 3 will be available for retail use and Lot 5 is designed for the future site of the Village Community Center.
